Hi, my name is Tim Liu and I am currently a sophomore studying finance and entrepreneurship at Boston College (BC). I am an avid learner who enjoys solving challenging problems, absorbing new knowledge, and working collaboratively with others. I seek to embody my leadership skills through creating a meaningful impact on others. My experience as a volunteer mentor at the Work Force and Student Success Coach at The Academy has allowed me to foster personal connections and empower individuals. I am currently co-founding a startup called Mam Le Viet (MLV). My other passions revolve around sports, fitness, and nutrition. As a food lover, I also enjoy traveling to try different cuisines from around the world and studying and cooking food.

Filmed and edited a 3 minute video for the HKUST School of Engineering "What is Engineering?" Video Competition using Adobe Premiere Pro. Received a Merit Award (1 of 5).
For my IB Maths AA HL Exploration, I wrote a paper on modeling and predicting stocks and cryptocurrency price movements using Markov chains by self-learning advanced maths topics. Achieved near full marks.
